Well, this is a good antioxidant Pycnogenol.

At this point in history, no one knows what causes ADHD or heal, so it is difficult to say whether it helps or not.
For children who will use most of the plants, recommended for people over 18 years (unless the label contains a dose for children). You can of course can, but too strong for a child. If it is too strong for a child, but works that suggest for adults with ADHD, I suggest trying some other antioxidants, which are safe for children. Good luck!

My son and I use it. Nwither of us were hardcore ADHD, but both BoarderLine. I started nutraMetrix on the recommendation of a representative who works directly with health professionals. Many doctors, she works with are now using in their practice.
And ACCUALLY Pycnogenol is the anti-oxidant plant research. I read the new book live better, longer - the science behind the health benefits of OPC amazing. by Dr. Richard Passwater.

Heart disease, cancer, age, skin health, eye health, improvement of the veins, allergies, ADD, diabetes, asthma, arthritis and sexual function, fertility, premenstrual syndrome and menstrual disturbances and the effects of Pycnogenol is scientific in that book explores. I have an extra copy if anyone is interested.
